  • The A.V. Club’s “Gateways to Geekery” article featuring Ursula K. Le Guin
Having had the enormous pleasure of meeting Mrs. Le Guin in person, I can say that she is without a doubt the kindest, most genuine and thoughtful person I have ever had the privilege of hearing speak. I was introduced to her work with “The Ones That Walk Away from Omelas,” and brief snippets of “Left Hand of Darkness,” and the Tales From Earthsea are next on my list.
