First: This looks amazing. A large part of my cross-country trip this July is to discover local places across the country that serve sandwiches that look this amazing.
Second: I am very lactose intolerant. I tolerate very little lactose. The mind is willing, but the body is weak (much like my relationship with Marathon Tetris). This dilemma will be the subject of at least two posts/video updates while I’m trekking. Guaranteed. Fair warning. Move along.
